Roheeni writes essays, plays, and music that make science fun!

She is certified in public health and holds MPH from Columbia University, where she served as Associate Director of Educational Programs at the School of Public Health. She is a PhD candidate at Columbia, investigating the cognitive neurotoxicological effects of environmental exposures on adolescents and children.

Roheeni writes as a Science Correspondent for Ars Technica. Her original musical Girl Seeking Safety, a psychological thriller examining trauma’s ongoing effects on domestic violence survivors, received a Best of the Fest commendation from The Tank.
